Passenger seat removal
I need to remove the passenger seat in order to replace the HK amp in my 2005 mini cooper S convertible. Are there any issues other than:
disconnecting the battery
disconnecting the electrical connectors at the back of the seat
removal of the four bolts holding the tracks in place
?

Disconnect the battery first. Then take out the seat, then remove that tray and get the amp out.

The amp is bolted to the tray. 65129146709 is the part for the amp.
