Great news. I know there are some homes down there in the area also, I have stayed down at the bottom of the hill right outside Knoxville near maryville for a good price when all of the places on the Dragon sold out.

Good choice of tires. I had those on my first Clubman before I traded it in. I just got some Michelin Pilot Super Sports for my coupe this Monday, along with an oil change. The only thing left for me is to go beer shopping. Then I'll be all set for MOTD!

Sorry I'm going to miss you colinmini. My Daughter wouldn't let me check my Grandson out of school before Thursday afternoon, so we won't be there until early Friday morning. I'll see you on vendors row Teddy. Taking my car in for an inspection sticker and erl and filter change this afternoon in prep for the trip. Scheduled to have my new wing installed Tuesday. Getting rushed in the homestretch here.

Hate to miss you folks, and I wish you the best.

Leaving tomorrow from Massachusetts to Tennessee.

I promise not to use up all the Spring...

Cheers,

Charlie

You will need them down there it gets pretty dark at night when no MINIs are around, now the midnight run was crazy because everyone was lit up. You could see everywhere,

Yep, the night run is a trip! Last time I did it was in my '07 MCS. All I really saw until we got to the dam was the tail lights about 15 feet in front of me and the headlights in my rearview mirror and doing my best to maintain the spacing. Didn't actually see much of the road itself. High pucker factor at times.

I wouldn't try a fast night run on a bet.

Not even close.

Sh*t happens, or at least that has been my experience thus far.

Two years ago that took two local lives.

Cheers,

Charlie

Thanks for the warning. I have a hard time driving at night as I've gotten older. I got a set of lights from Zack Ta that turn night into day. They are really focused and whit bright. I wish I could remember the components and statistics.
