Dead Motor Mount?

I just noticed some oil near the motor mount. and the source seems to be from the bottom of the mount. Is my motor mount dead?

Dead or dying. When it runs out of oil you will hear a thump from that side of the car when you go over bumps. If you are under warranty, get the dealer to replace it. If not, it's not too hard or expensive to replace. The only tool you probably won't have is the E12 torx socket to remove the bolt.

That part looks alot different on an '02. Similar shape, but made with a big rubber cylinder.
