squeeky brakes arggg!

I have an annoying squeek coming from my rear brake , is there a quick fix or does it require a dealership trip.

Take it in. Could be a stuck caliper.

We use a product called DISC BRAKE QUIET made by CRC, you can purchase it at a parts store.

It is a paste that you apply to the back of the pads, we use it in all our brake jobs, works great, no more squeaks.

hope this helps

+1 our shop uses this as well. that and they always put fresh grease on the carrier bolts. Other things that dont help with speaking.....pads without a bevled edge...seems to be a problem with the cheapies..
