First JCW oil change. Same oil as MCS?

First JCW oil change. Same oil as MCS?
First oil change 2K miles in late 06 Cabrio with full JCW package (less suspension). Do I use the same oil as an MCS or something else? Maybe its in the JCW docs but I'd have to dig them out.

Yes; 5w30 full synthetic and a new factory filter....

Can you use a synthetic like Royal Purple or do you need to use the Mini oil?
