My MCS has a loud whistle around 100-105 mph. It sounds like one of those train whistles you use to play with as a kid. I slowed down once I heard it but tried it again later and the same thing happened. I'm not about to go any faster for fear of something breaking. Any ideas? I wonder how a dealer would handle this problem because they can't legally go 100 mph to hear the whistle!?
It stands for In Before The Lock. Typically, it's used so that people can post in a thread that they think will be locked & add to their post counts without adding anything of value (such as answering a question or adding an opinion on the topic).
Is this really a problem? I mean, it's a lot like complaining that the cupholder doesn't hold your drink very well when cornering on a race track or the airconditioning not keeping the car cool when it's on fire.

:impatient while I have nothing to say about the topic at hand, I would respectfully submit that I am not one to post IB4TL as a method of increasing my post count.

I find it a subtle way to say to the Mods, "Ahem, you may want to look at this..."

But isn't that the whole purpose behind the 'Report Post' icon? I'm not certain on how the mods work on NAM, but I'd guess that they don't go around searching for IB4TL posts to see where they should look.
