Is the black oily residue the signs of a failed motor mount leaking?

Thanks,
Mark

Thanks,

Just had a motor mount fixed at MINI of the Woodlands. It was identical to your picture except my paint is blue. The warranty covered the repair.

Are you in the wrong forum? I don’t recall any of the bolts being one time use, and your photos are not of a first gen. I’ve also never heard of anyone filling the hydraulic mount on the R53. I don’t know how that would be possible.
