Just had a complete sotware update due to a check engine light warning. What does it cover and does anyone know it adds anything new. Thanks

 

One thing you might get, if you have automatic wipers, is a change from "up" on the stalk to "push" on the button on the end of the stalk, to activate it.

The book I saw listed hundreds of things that were changed in the software update. Ok,..not a book,..but it sure could have been one.

 

Do you have Nav?? If so, did anything change on the Search screens?

Don't know - but have you noticed any difference in the way your car runs. When I had my '04 Prius, you could often tell if your software was updated during routine service because the car would drive a little differently (for instance, one time I noticed a boost in pickup but after a couple of tanks of gas I realized the gas mileage had taken a hit).
