My right side window is not properly adjusted & causing a wind noise at speed, the back of the window is something lower than the front, is there a way to readjust that??

I had this problem not to long ago. Bear in mind that my experience in with an R53 03 MCS. Just unscrew (I think 3 screws) and pry off the inside door panel.

Once removed, there is a bolt for the leading edge and rear edge of the glass used to secure the glass in place. You'll need a socket wrench and appropriate sized socket for these bolts ( I forgot the size). Loosen the bolt(s) and adjust/raise the glass to the desired position.

Once satisfied, re-tighten the bolts, replace panel and screws, and drive your MINI at extremely high speeds wind noise free.

When mine (ragtop) had a similar issue, my body shop buddy did something on the BOTTOM of the door - no need to remove anything. As I recall, it moved the top of the window in toward the centerline of the car. Looking at the parts diagram, the only thing I can figure is that he was sliding the bottom attachment out from the centerline of the car.

I read on another thread (i can make a rhyme anytime) that if you hold the window toggle up for 15 sec. with power on the window will reset to factory setting. Don't know just read it.
