Clutch not engaging after tranny install

Clutch is acting as if it is always engaged after tranny install...triend bleeding it etc....what could this be?

Are you successful in bleeding the slave cylinder? Could be alignment issue or throwout bearing.

Is the peddal firm? it has been stated the clutch is kind of hard to bleed. and I think if you do a search for it they had step by step to do it.
