Doors Lock and Lock and Lock

Doors Lock and Lock and Lock
Anybody had this happen? My doors randomly lock themselves.
I noticed this the other day as I was walking up to the car after work and noticed the 4-ways blink. Well, I assumed it was due to something in my pocket hitting the lock button as I was walking. An hour later, it happened again with the key in my hand.
I've replaced the batteries on both remotes and even took the batteries out and watched the car lock itself a few times in the garage.
I'm stumped.

My doors will automatically re-lock themselves if I don't open a door for a minute or two after unlocking them. I believe this might be something that can programmable by the dealer if you don't like it.
I personaly don't mind, because sometimes I'll unlock it from inside the house, then get sidetracked and not go out to the car for a few minutes. It keeps the bad people out!

May have a lead
Thanks for the feedback. My car is an early '03 and I don't believe it has the option to auto re-lock the doors.
I called the dealer today to pick their brain. They hadn't really heard of one doing that either. The consensus so far is one of the lock actuators, which house the receiver, probably has a short. So, I'll be tearing apart the door sometime in the near future.
Since the driver side door has been slower to unlock, instead of a snap, more of a slide, I think the driver side door actuator is going bad, so I'll start there.
Until then, it'll just have to sit.

Update
This isn't an automatic relock thing. My car doesn't have that option enabled. I've had this car for 4 years and this is something new.
What I've found out through some phone calls is that if the door lock actuator is going bad (e.g. shorting out ), it can act randomly. So to test, I've taken the door apart and disconnected the leads to the door lock actuator. If I'm right, my car won't be locked in the morning. If I'm wrong, it's back to the drawing board.
