Newbie : What should I lQQk 4

Want to purchase a cooper S and give it a good home. What should I look for that is problamatic on 04-06 Mini's ? Also looking at Works coopers, any help would be appreciated....

JCWs are a little different from 05 on, so you may want to do a little reading up on the differences. Got rid of an 04 S for a 06 JCW and I love it.

. . . and as noted in there and many other threads on here, focus on '05s or newer due to the revised gearing.
