I know people talk a lot about changing the ratio to the supercharger to get more boost, so what about changing the ratio of the a/c pulley so that it requires less engine torque...

I don't think you could do that and even if you could it would probably just screw up the AC so it would not work very well.

I'm not sure how it would screw the a/c up if you're using a ratio that has the a/c turning slower than normal so that when engaged it takes less power.
