This has happend a couple of times now....

Its been really hot here in L.A. like 102=105, and when my car sits out in the sun and u auto down all the windows the windows squuek. When u get in the car and roll them up they jump and squeek. Weird huh? It only happens when it is extremely hot outside. Did MINI not test their cars in the hotest of climates?

Had window squeek after dealer did repair to fix the auto window drop that didn't work all the time. Took it back and they lubed the seals but it still squeeked, they adjusted the window tilt and it is now fine, no squeek or noise.

Adjusted the window tilt? That's interesting, I wonder if the 'tilt' can get out of wack during the tinting proceedure? Mine squeek a little bit, started after I had them tinted, I will have to ask my dealer the next time I bring it in.

My driver's side window started squeaking about a month after I got the car, and does it all the time regardless of temperature or humidity.

Sounds like the rubber seals are expanding due to the excessive heat. If its 90 - 105 outside your car, it must be 130-140 inside. Try leaving them down a crack, or opening your sunroof a bit and see if that helps.

I have a horrible squeek when I roll my passenger window up. Think the rails just might need sum lube. Anybody know where I can find how to take the door panel off to get the the window regulator?
