Suspenion Problem - Photo Attached

I posted a few days ago about my suspension issue on the driver side rear. The ride seems off sometimes especially after I go around right corners or bends.

I looked under my car and found that the spring seems out of alignment with the strut. Could the spring be moving? What would cause this? At times it feels like the suspension is sagging on that side. The other side has everything in alignment.

See my suspension trouble post for the picture. I was told by the dealer that all the minis are like that. Meaning all have their springs in different positions.
