Armrest adjustment

Is there any way to adjust the armrest. I use it all the time and it seems to be gradually leaning down. There is a couple of plastic covers on the mount, but seem to be spring loaded. It needs to come up just about 1/4 - 1/2 inch.

Careful, those armrests are really fragile! I use it just to keep my arm resting, but never really lean all my weight on it.

If you have to replace it the Euro model works good for me and it's quite sturdy with steel supports. It's not adjustable either (my VW Beetle was adjustable).
