Clutch Slave Cylinder?

Clutch Slave Cylinder?
I drove my 2003 MCS for the first time in a couple weeks yesterday (it's not my daily driver, and it was a gorgeous day outside yesterday).
Anyway, on my way home from work, it got to the point that I could barely change gears...a lot of brute force was required to change gears and get her home. At higher speeds, it was noticeably easier to change gears though.
My first thought was a clutch issue...however, that seems ok. I have about 89k on the original OEM clutch, and it still depresses to the floor normally.
So, my thought is that it is possibly a clutch slave cylinder? In looking around, I don't see anything leaking though. So does a clutch slave cylinder problem sound right to anyone else?
