Coolant gurgles at 2000 rpm Please help!

I just had a new engine put in my 2006 mini cooper 5 speed
Due to water lock (checked the block)
After about 3 days I checked the coolant and it was almost gone
I stooped at the dealer and told them it was almost gone and it makes a gurgling noise when I am at rest and rev it up to 2000 rpm or pulling off from a stop it will do it to

They herd the noise. Drove the car around back came after 10 minutes and said “ the tech said this is not uncommon its just the coolant moving threw the hoses at that rpm it will do it and other mini will do it

Well i know with the old engine it never made this noise
has anyone ever herd of this?

It sounds like water gurgling and sloshing around like shacking a water bottle that is ¾ full

If not just say no So i can let my dealer know this is not a typical noise

Thank you

I might be totally wrong on this but I had a similar noise with my last car, A Subaru, and found it was air trapped in the coolant. I solved the problem by starting the car cold with the radiator plug off and as the coolant started to flow, air bubbles would escape and I topped it off to eliminate any excess air.

My old Protege did this... same answer as FugitiveAI. Lots of air, unplugged the radiator cap and filled up to snuff. Problem solved.
