Electronic Window Malfunction?

Just over a week ago we had the remnants of a tropical storm roll through my area, dumping 6" of rain. My S was outside (only one car garage) and afterwards, I couldn't get the windows to roll down. I figured a couple days in the sun and everything would dry out, but alas sunny days have not fixed the problem.

Anyone have an idea what might have happened and whether it is fixable without going to the shop?

I though maybe a fuse got wet/blew out so I checked the fuse box. But I can't figure out which one controls the windows. Defog and a few others are clearly labeled but not windows.

Any advice would be most appreciated.
