So The dealer finally called me back about my MINI. She was extremely cold blooded and did not like to start. I told the SA (some german dude) that I think it is being flooded with too much gas. Im no master mechanic, but the blackened muff tips and the cloud of carbon and the cough sputter of the engine and burn of my eyes led me to this conclusion.
Sure enough its the temp sensor....but it took Munich to tell the dealer this....Hmmmm
They where really into my mods (in a (-) way) and did everything execpt swear I had chip tuning done. Ha, the car is returned to stock, it actually started better with the factory DP installed.
The shop is going to give me a new hood scoop, YES VICTORY!!!!!! so If this cures the mid season hiccup Ill be happy.
