Auto Climate Control Help
Recently, I installed a new head unit in my 2004 MCS. It was a tight fit and I'm afraid I may have disconnected something going into the climate control system. After doing so, the HVAC was only pushing out heat no matter what level I selected on the controls. So, I went into the diagnostic mode in the system via holding the AUTO and plus button when the key is in position 2. It was giving the fault code FF10. Then I ran the Calibration and the fault code changed to FF01 (sun load sensor fault). Now, I have no heat/cold. The system just flashes FF01.
I took the car into Eurasia here in Edmonton but their computers report no errors. They didn't see any loose connections either. I understand that the error code FF01 is the sun load sensor which points me to the little red LED on the top of the dash. Does anyone know where this plugs into? I want to inspect if this has come unplugged before I take the car into the Mini dealership.
Does anyone have the Mini service/repair manual for a 2004 Mini? If you do, maybe you could scan the portion dealing with the HVAC system, specifically any diagrams it may have.
I hope someone can help me. I have no heat and it's getting bloody cold! My appointment with the Mini dealer isn't until next Thursday either.

UPDATE
Well I had the car into the Mini dealership this week and had the "solar sensor" replaced. It's the little red led device on the top of the dash. Everything is working now But during the work, the techs put a huge scratch in my newly installed faceplate on my deck so they've agreed to replace that for free. As well, I've got an annoying rattle from the dash cover which they will have to address as well. But I do have heat now. Just in the nick of time!
