Minor UPDATE 11/20/08

Well 2 things happened yesterday one was I received a notice in the mail from the Office of the Florida Attorney General Office that they received my Florida Lemon Law filing and what procedures I now need to do for a replacement and/or buyback of my '08 MCS from the manufacturer MINI USA.

The second thing was I received a telephone call from MINI Division and went over all of the history with the excessive heat in the driver footwell and faxed all of the repair orders (4) along with the email correspondences between me and my SA to him.

Mini Division set up an appointment for me at Vista MINI on Monday,November 24 at 8:30am to have their Factory Rep go over my vehicle for the final repair to my satisfaction with the continued heat issue.

I will keep everyone updated with the final results on Monday after I find out.
