melted pin in headlight harness, best fix?
So, like the title says, one of the pins in the harness for my driver's side xenon headlight is slightly melted, so when I cut the headlights on I have to open the hood and wiggle the harness to get the headlight to cut on. Has anyone found an easy way to fix something like this?
Does the dealership sell a replacement plug for the headlamp?

Are you 100% sure it's melted? If so, the cause of the melt may be more important than the fix.
As for the fix, if you find an electrical guy who can redo the pin for you, you may be able to get it done cheap. Navy electronics technicians do this kind of stuff free for their buddies in their spare time... But I assume that dealers would rather just replace an entire wiring harness and charge you for it.
