Grinding Clutch Gone with a oil change??

I had posted the problem before on this thread and most people thought it was the pressure plate or just needed a new clutch replacement. After my oil change earlier this week, it seems like the clutch grind is gone. Originally whenever I depress the clutch, the clutch feels very rusty and a lot of friction while depressing. Engagement is not the problem, just the process of depressing the clutch. After my oil change, the clutch seemed to have smoothen out and the problem is gone. Can a oil change really do that or is there another factor?

NO, not unless you had a cable clutch actuator system, which you do not and accidentally spilled some oil on the cable and lubed it up, which also didn't happen. Sorry

Is it colder now? In hot weather I have a clutch action that is stiffer and a little rough at the end of travel. Super smooth and not as stiff in anything less than 70 degrees
