head gasket problem

ok so i think i might of blown my head gasket what r some signs?

It would be a lot more efficient if you'd give us the symptoms that make you think it might be blown.

the oil is in the coolant but dosent over heat

1. oil in the coolant (floats on top where you can see it)
2. coolant in the oil (sinks to bottom where you cannot easily see it)
3. unequal compression
4. poor idle
5. power loss

I'm sorry to say I agree with your diagnosis, based on #1.

Stock MINI coolant? May not be oil at all. Turns to brown oily crap. Flush system twice and see if it reappears.

but all my oil was gone n in my coolant n its spittin oil out of the exaust

All the oil was gone and it didn't overheat (or seize?)

Our 2005 S had a blown head gasket at about 30K miles. There may be a trend.
