Brake Master Cylinder

My brake master cylinder decided to give up on me. So now I have to get a new one. Morristown Mini quoted me a price of $260 shipped, and I found an aftermarket(replacement oem) for about $170 shipped. I have some questions. Does it matter which one I get because of my Mini having DSC? Will the aftermarket one work in my car because of the DSC? Also the one from Morristown Mini offers a 2 year warranty, while the replacement only offers a 90 day warranty, which one do you think would be a better more reliable product?
here is the link to the aftermarket

Aftermarket units

are typically rebuilt factory units... They take them apart, check for corrosion, and replace the seals and sometimes springs. Most of the failures I've heard of on the stock unit are seal failures. Really it's a buget issue. If you have tons of cash, then the two year warranty may be worth it. If you're a bit strapped, save where you can!

DSC/nonDSC doesn't matter. That's after the master cylinder.
