Rear Hatch emblem fell off, where to get one?

Well its happened a while back but my rear hatch embem either fell off or got nicked... So I live about 4 hours away from a dealership and well dont like the idea of driving all that way to buy a $35 part, it there anywhere I can get a new online, wouldnt mind making a custom one, I think I remember some place advertising that.

Maybe you could get a classic Mini emblem.

Many dealers will ship parts to your door... just requires <gasp!> a phone call. No clickety clickety click. Human interaction required. Old school.

If your dealer won't, I know my dealer (Flow MINI) will. Also Classic and Morristown.

Paul above is correct. I've ordered OEM parts from both Flow and Classic Mini and had them shipped directly to my house. Flow I called and Classic I emailed.

Classic will, definitely..but check eBay (you may need to use ebay.co.uk)! They are much cheaper there. Last year I needed a replacement Cooper badge...dealer wanted like $45, I got one on eBay for $6, including shipping!

+1 for Ebay! I was about to order one for $35 when I checked Ebay, found one for $8 + 3 for shipping. When it arrived, it was in the MINI OEM parts bag!

-1 for Ebay! The one I ordered, that came in the OEM bag... The spacing on the posts was much wider than the original. My dremel tool took care of it but, are there differences in the post spacing between the R53 and R56 models? (duh. I guess so...)
