I suggest that all MINI owner sent letters and or email to BMW and let them know that we want a MINI maintenance manual made available to all owners.
In this day and age of CD ROM why is this so hard.

 

I agree that we should be able to purchase a service manual, but MINIUSA just does not want to sell it to us. Since they are giving use 4/48 warranty and 3/36 service they feel we do not need it. It is their best interest to treat us like mushrooms, ie, keep us in the dark and feed us s%&t.

I love my car and am happy with service at dealer but I would still like to have a service manual.

this covers most all bmw cars and
motorcycles ,as well as MINI cooper
and MINI cooper S

What year does the manual cover? I know of someone who has the 01 manual but changes have been made to the MINI line since then. I'm sure some (if not most) is still good but I've been on the look out for a 02 version.

Also... did you buy it? Or just see it on ebay.
