R56 auto transmission jumps out of gear??

R56 auto transmission jumps out of gear??
I have an 07 with 15k miles. Randomly, under normal acceleration the transmissions jumps out of gear around 32 mph and goes back into gear. This happens as it is changing gears!

Any ideas or heard of this???
