Brake squeaking?

Hi folks. I had new brake pads (EBC Red Stuff) installed about 2 weeks ago. The car stops fine, but I've been hearing a squeaking sound coming from the rear left wheel. The frequency of the squeak varies with speed and it only occurs when I'm NOT braking--even the slightest pressure on the brake pedal will stop the noise. After braking, it takes a little time for the noise to return, but it always returns.

Does anybody how what the source of the squeak may be? Does bed-in noise occur when the brakes aren't being applied? Might it actually be a rear suspension component that squeaks only when under load (i.e. when I'm not slowing down)?

Thanks in advance for your advice!

Make sure the inside pads are clipped to the piston. It's a 3 sided spring clip that can come off and then the pad is free to move around too much.
