I am getting the check engine code P2270. When I look it up online is says
P2270 O2 Sensor Signal Stuck Lean (Bank 1 Sensor 2). Can anyone help me with what I need to do about this. I have an aftermarket Alta downpipe and exhaust and not sure if that is affecting it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
It's saying that it's your post-cat o2 sensor that is acting up. You may need a replacement. You can try unplugging it, taking it out and cleaning it up a bit, and then reinstall, clear code, and wait to see what happens.
Do you have the fouler for the Alta pipe? I think this is a temperory fix.
There is lots of info on this forum that points to CELs with the downpipe, especially 2008 and beyond due to changes in the Mini factory tune. Check with N1tro etc.
