Stock Problems/IssuesDiscussions related to warranty related issues and repairs, or other problems with the OEM parts and software for MINI Clubman (R55), Cooper and Cooper S(R56), and Cabrio (R57).
ok after resetting everything on my car, my SERVICE reminder is still on. So i continued playing around with the reset mode in the tachometer and noticed that my front brakes dont want to reset. Everything else is reset and the check mark is placed when i tried to reset it again, meanwhile front brakes are attempting to reset themselves without no luck, is the brake sensor for blame? my brake lights are all good, dont show any signs of trouble.

Your MINI knows the wear sensor hasn't been changed. 25 bucks at the dealer or just cut the end off and tape the two wires together.
ok i did the wire thing for now, but it still didnt wanted to reset, ill pick a new sensor soon and see whats up. how does a broken sensor looks like? whats getting damaged?
