Clutch Getting Hot- Overheating Quickly

I have 2005 MCS with 71000 miles and have started having some issues with my clutch. It started last year with the "chewbacca" squeal during launch and during cool/rainy weather. This summer it has started overheating often, and getting very hard to shift in and out of gear. Even in fairly decent (Chicago) traffic, it gets hot. I have no issues with it besides getting hot, so when it is cool, it shifts perfect, and has no slipping ever.

Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this, or do I just need to replace the clutch? Anyone have any opinions of SPEC clutches and flywheels?

Thanks for any help.
MK
