Front end noise and dealer related issues

Have a 2005 CS with JC brakes. Over the past year, hear an intermitting grinding noise from left front end, especially at the beginning of day when turning right. Been in touch with the dealer (Fairfield mini in Stamford CT) during this time in which:

1. He's replaced the front end hub about a year ago.
2. Subsequnently inspected the issues (charging $100 bucks a pop) twice and told me he found nothing.
3. Been telling me the noise is related to run-flat tires.

Furthermore, year and half ago, he sold me the extended warranty saying the brake/rotor repair charges would cover the premium ~$1600.

Since I did not buy the car from him, I generally feel he's not helpful. In fact, the SR pays lip service to my needs.

I'm getting frustrated with the run around and am in touch with MiniUSA now.

Anyone recommend alternatives including different dealers in greater NYC area?

rgds,
