PCV valve CHANGED? When?
I recently replaced my valve cover with a used cover I got at the NAM Marketplace, Thanks Thumper, and in the 2002 year the PCV valves had o-ring and was secured with 8mm bolt. The new cover has no bolt hole and a brass female bushing with internal threads. Does anyone know what year they changed the cover and PCV valve? Real OEM shows only the first one in the diagrams and I got to be sure what part number goes with this new valve. There are 3 of them... Of course the stealer doesn't have the part in stock and if i want it I'd have to "prepay" $39.00 first. WTF Searched online found one for $20 but no photo?Arg?!!# Help!

Me thinks the 20 dollar one's are for the 02-04 models... secures with a bolt.
The others even sound more expensive....
Have you checked www.realoem.com for the part No. ?

i too have the threaded pcv valve rather than the one secured with a bolt...which i just snapped off this weekend. anyone know what the correct part number is for the screw-type?
realoem lists 11127513082 but if a call to pelicanparts and i was told that it is supersceded by 11127577568. on rmeuropean, neither of those parts are listed, but if i drill through the options for an 05 MCS, i get part number 11127829990.
so which one is it???
