Wet or Dry sump?

Sorry if this sound dumb but Im a newbie to minis...Im assuming the mini is a wet sump system... hence the oil pan. Is there any baffling in place to keep oil starvation to a minimum during HPDE? If not, are there any after market baffles available. TIA

You are correct, sir! Wet sump it is.
I believe MINI Madness has a baffled pan available.

BTW, always check your engine oil level when doing track days, I had to learn the hard way & it ain't cheap.

Jan (RMW) also has a gated baffle device for the oil pan. I thought I had seen it on Danny's (minicorsa) site, but it wasn't, so I can't direct you to a picture of it.
