Water drip from small black oval tube?

2010 MCS w/auto air. I just noticed what appears to be water dripping from a plastic oval shaped black tube, maybe 1.5" x .75". The tube is at the mid point of the car, maybe 6" behind the front tires. Is this a/c condensation?

Correct it's the runoff from the AC condensate drain located directly under the interior center column. Normal

If it should ever stop dripping (while using A/C), the carpets will soak!

Have not heard of any A/C drain plugging in a MINI.

Is this like the only car people have owned? Just wondering about some of these questions...
