SC status: Stoked!!!
So I bought a used '02 in September. I read a lot about mini's on this forum before buying and made the super charger a priority to get checked out. I wasn't hearing any bad noises or seeing any seapage but with the mileage at 96k I thought I should make the SC a priority.
I took it a to a shop that's linked here (Woodinville Sports Cars) and they agreed to check it out. I called today to see how it was going. Low and behold, the gear oil was low on the water pump side. No damage was present so they'll button it up tomorrow! Woohoo! I was sweatin' that one.
I am sooo stoked right now! NAM wins again. I cannot say enough good things about this forum. Thanks, once again, for all the great info.

Thats good news. Just heads up 99% of the SC we rebuild didn't leak out the PTO on the outside of the case. The PTO goes dry because the captive seal between the PTO gear box and rotors cracks and the rotors suck out the PTO oil with no visual sign of leakage.
Since it was low tells me that seal is going bad and you'll want to keep an ear on the PTO.
