I bought a MCS, 6 spd, 32k miles 2 weeks ago and this just started happening a couple mornings ago and has been happening each morning since. I will start the car and it will idle fine for about 30 seconds and then it will stall out.
The temps have been around 10-15 degrees and the car has been sitting outside each time this has happened. I have researched on here and it could be a faulty high pressure fuel pump, but I would like your opinions. The odd thing is that this did not start happening until the morning after i filled up with a fresh tank of gas. I filled up at about 10pm one night this last week, and then drove about 1/2 mile on the new tank of gas to get home. The car sat for about 10 hours until i went to work in the morning and that is when this problem occurred for the first time and has happened each morning since. I drive to work at about 8am, and then again at noon for lunch, and then 5 to go home. This does not happen at noon or 5 when i go home, only in the morning when the car has been sitting for 10+ hours.
