Did you check your tensioner when you put the belt back on?
Nice job on the pics, looks like everything went well. Any difference in idle or at cruising speeds.

Thanks for the update.

I checked all the pulleys and they all seemed ok. What exactly should I be looking for on the tensioner? Play in the pulley? The only thing I noticed is the idler has back and forth play very slightly. I can feel it but I can't really see it so I don't think its an issue.

Idler pulleys tend to get sloppy and should be replaced. Few people ever check them. Check the tensioner pulley also and the shock.

Is the fluttering sound characteristic of a bad harmonic balancer? My '02 has had a flutter sound on the right side for at least a couple of years now. I also have a front main seal waiting to go on, but I can't spring $400 for a new balancer right now.

It is, but usually only under moderate acceleration from like 3-5k.
