Reading and Sun Visor lamps not working

The reading and sun visor lamps are working.
Is there anyway that they could be disabled by accident?
The reading lamp was working 2 weeks ago.
I checked the fuse and it was ok.
The dome light works.
The car is a 2010 Clubman S with no mods.

Turns out the fuse for the dome light is not the same fuse as the reading lights.
Tried putting a new fuse and it blew.
I guess it's time to take it to the dealer.

I would first try and inspect / test the bulbs. Replace any suspect bulbs. Sometimes a bad bulb will cause short circuit condition (inside the bulb) and blow the fuse.
If you take all the bulbs out and you still blow a fuse then you have a problem in the wiring, switch, or bulb socket.

Well the car is at the dealer now and they have no clue on what the issue might be.
They are waiting to hear back from the PUMA rep to see what direction to head.
The service advisor said that they are going to replace the fuse panel and it that doesn't work they might have to replace the full body harness. It seems weird that they would replace the whole body harness to try and fix a short.
To replace the body harness it's going to take 40-50 hours of work as the entire car would need to be taken apart to run the new harness. He said they have only had to replace the body harness on one other car and it didn't turn out so well.

The dealer was able to trace the short to the drivers side sun visor.
They were able to replace the part and the fuse no longer blows.
They had to remove the headliner and left dirt smudges all over the inside.
