I've got a 2002 MC with a manual transmission that sound like a coffee grinder, especially at low speeds in lower gears. Anybody know where I can get a rebuilt or used tranny? Thanks.

 

if you're handy, you're probably better off doing the Midlands to Getrag swap (installing a 6-spd from an R53). Texas Speedwerks wrote a great how-to guide on it you can find here somewhere. I did it... I was scared at first, but it turned out great. The most challenging part was extracting a broken bolt from the "new"-used transmission.
