Just Picked up an 03 S...Couple minor issues

Hey Guys,
I just picked up a 03 S on saturday.Car is Bristish racing green with white top and stripes.Car is very fun to drive and its my 2nd mini.Anyways i took this on a trip this weekend for a little vacation.I noticed a couple of issues that are minor but i would still like some help finding out what exactly they are...

1st issue is after having car sit for a while a fan comes on.Only did it once so far.The noise was very loud and i even thought something was wrong with the car.I was thinking its possibly the power steering fan???The noise went away after about 500 feet of driving.

2nd Issue-Hatch rattles quite a bit.Is there an adjustment or something that can be done. Its quite noisy.

3rd issue-When all the windows are up i hear a noise slightly from the left rear wheel almost like a tire cupped except it is not.Possibly a wheel bearing???

4th issue-When you accelerate from a stop i hear two little clunk noise's coming from right front area.It only happens when accelerating from a stop or a crawl...Some kind of suspencion or sway bar link/bushing maybe??

Any help would be appreciated...
Other then these issues the car is a blast and was great to take it on a trip.Thank You

1st Issue - What you are probably hearing is the Radiator fan running at high speed. It is completely normal, and very loud. Since the Cooper S is Supercharged, it creates a lot of heat while stationary. By moving you are feeding air through the radiator and intercooler, Therefor the radiator fan can slow down.

Rattles are normal on early model 1st gens.

I cannot help on the other noises.

#4 Maybe check the upper motor mount? I know the hydraulic ones on later first gens had issues, but worth looking at I would think! Good luck!
