Where does it go?

Today I was installing my DT bypass valve and oil catch can when I noticed a wire just hanging there without being plugged into anything. Can anyone help me figure out where it goes. The wire is between the air box and engine and if followed back goes somewhere under the thermostat housing. It is hard to tell since Mini decided to give so much room under the hood. The plug has 2 female pins.

It is hard to tell from the photo but it looks like the connector for the manifold air pressure sensor. On my 06 MCS the sensor is mounted on a bracket bolted to the thermostat housing and it is near the air box.

Checked that and it is connected. It is hard to get a better picture but this one could connect somewhere lower.... or it could just be extra jk.

Is your suction pressure pipe sensor on the manifold connected?

That could be it since my reverse light doesn't work. Thank you WMW I will have to crawl under and look for that.
