So i tracked it down to this. It is sad that as a trans tech for 2 yrs for honda i dont think i ever fixed one window regulator.

Does anyone know the alignment or adjust ment procedure to get the rattle out of the window?

I ask because i worked at a dealership... that is a last resort. I dont want to be with out a car.

 

It could be anything in there... Sounds like you have experience working on cars, just open up the door panel and see what's loose. I would take it in since it's still under warranty though.

 

Yeah im gonna pull it apart today after work. I did some more trouble shooting on the way to work and realized the window does not rattle when the window is down or up, just slightly up. Vibrating towards the lower of the track. window is aligned properly so i think something fell out of place when i hit a bump.

 

just wanna get home today to take car of this !

number 4 area, inclimet weather wont let me take it apart... at least it doesnt rattle all the way up

 

Any one know this procedure?

 

took it apart this morning and fixed it, the window track is held to the door by the 2 main panel bolts, tightened one up all went away.
