weird battery problem?

My car started acting up a little bit and I think it may be the battery. I went to start it after 2 days of inactivity and the starter took longer to turn over and my digital speedometer preference was forgotten, but all other settings were good. I drove it to work (30 minutes) and shut it down. Later I turned on the radio and I got a low battery charge warning.

Now, my car was at the body shop for 3 weeks with almost no driving so I figured it just needed a good charging. I hooked it up to a battery charger/trickler overnight and when I checked it in the morning the charger said the battery was fully charged.

the car still forgot my digital speedo setting but everything else was fine. I drove it to work and same thing happened with the speedo setting.

I'm trying to figure out what this is? Does the battery need to be replaced? It's not even 3 years old yet. Is it possible the comfort access key battery needs replacing and it's not remembering my settings?

If anyone has any advice I'd appreciate it. Is the battery covered under warranty if it needs to be replaced?

Have you tried putting the key in the ignition slot when making the speedo selection? Last week I changed a few settings but they went back to my old settings when I started the car without the key in the slot. After this happened a few times, I thought I'd put the key in the slot and then set my settings. It worked for whatever reason. Just a thought.

Did you get the low battery warning at work after charging it? Usually when the battery gets too low you have to reset the clock. If it's losing the speedo settings but the clock remains, it may not be a car battery issue. If the key fob battery is low it will usually tell you on the Nav screen. My key fob battery needed replacing in less than 3 years,

After charging the battery did the indicator window on top show green?
