Look at it. If it is spinning it is engaged.

I looked at it and it is not spinning. I checked the fuses and they look good. Not sure how to test the relay so i pulled it and reseated it. freon was 130psi on the low pressure port. added freon to see if that would help. nothing. Anything else I should check? Or is it time for a new compressor?

Having the same issue. Tried installing freon...light is on inside, so i think that is fine. No leak sounds. Radiator fan works. Would love to see some pix of where the low fan sensor or other sensors are. I am not sure what I am looking for.

130 psig on the low-pressure port means the compressor definitely wasn't running (when the compressor is running, the low-pressure port will read much lower, around 40-55 psig.)

Sounds like you may have a bad compressor. New ones aren't cheap. Tomorrow we are test fitting a more affordable aftermarket one. If it works it will save customers a couple hundred dollars. Other aftermarket ones we've tried in the past didn't fit or failed quickly.

Aww, now that's low. Not nearly a month after I replaced mine, you announce this. . All the time spent on the "Stock Problems/Issues" forum and reading the Bentley Book paid off though so I can't be that angry; I got a OEM one from Pelican and installed myself; had the dealership vacuum and refill for net investment of $480.00.

Are you sure the compressor is bad. Just because it isn't turning doesn't necessarily mean it's the compressor. The clutch has shims to adjust the space between the clutch and the compressor plate. When the clutch wears normally, you have to reduce the spacing to ensure engagement. Once too much distance, the magnetic pull won't allow for the compressor to engage properly.
A much cheaper fix.
