engine tick right side

engine tick right side
I know this has been discussed many many times. More times then needed, but I still wanna post up.
I have a 04 MCS with 95K
When accelerating WOT I hear a tick tick tick coming from the right side of the car. If I WOT at a lower RPM then I can't hear it, only when the RPMS are at least 4K or higher.
The sound hasnt gotten worse and doesnt seem to be effecting anything.
Any thoughts? Harmonic Balancer? Bad bearing on one of the pullys?
