Fuel filler cap wind noise?

Do you guys notice wind noise (like a rustling sound) coming from the fuel filler cap area when going above 65mph?

My MCS was in an incident a month ago and the bodyshop had to touch up the fuel filler cap area. I'm not sure if this sound is normal or if they left something wrong. They're going to look at it in a few days but I want to know if it's normal. Let me know

To verify that is where the noise is coming from tape over the entire cap assembly and go test drive the car, if the noise is gone that is what was causing it, if not it's something else.

Put some painter's tape and went for a quick drive, noise is still there.

Guess my question now is, is it normal to hear a rustling/fluttering sound coming from the driver's side rear quarter panel above 65mph?

Turns out that rustling sound at high speed was being caused by one of the wheel arch clips being broken. Changed all the clips on the arch and problem solved. Hope this helps someone in the future
