No spark-no start.

My car (03 MCS)has been parked up for about 3 weeks due to snow, but has been started every now and again.
I moved it out of the garage the other day to run it for a while and it was mis-firing.
I pulled the plugs and #4 was wet indicating no fire.
Changed #4 plug and no change.
Changed #4 plug wire, no change.
Changed all plug wires, no change.
Changed coil, no change.
By this time the battery was getting low.
Disconected battery and let it charge for a good 8 hours.
Re-installed battery and now it wont start at all.
Checked all fuse and reset ECU.
Fuel pump is humming and delivering fuel to cylinders.
Plugged in Matco scanner and fault code for #4 plug misfire detected.
Checked battery and charge rate. Sitting at 12.6 volts.
With ignition in position 2, there is no power at the coil connector on any of the 3 pins.
Still just cranks over with no fire up. CEL on and still showing P 0304 #4 misfire.
Anybody have any suggestions on what to check next??????
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Andy
Sorry for the long post but I just wanted to make sure I told the whole story the first time.

Sorted.
I think it was a bad connection at the coil
